GPS Pilot grants to Customers/Users a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use GPS Pilot Software in object code form installed on a single PDA computer owned or leased by Customer for which Customer has paid a license fee.

GPS PILOT OR ANY PERSON CONNECTED WITH US DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY IMPROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT OR CONTENT IN WAYS THAT MAY CAUSE ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE, OR THAT MAY VIOLATE THE LAW, AS WELL AS FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM SUCH USE.
